Terms of Service

By using Strydo (operated by Tethron LLC), you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Strydo is a B2B lead-generation platform. We surface high-net-worth liquidity events from public sources, enrich them with personal contact information, and route them to subscribed advisors via a cascade exclusivity model. We are not a registered investment advisor and do not provide investment advice, recommendations, or securities solicitations.

2. Advisor responsibilities

• You must hold all licenses required to engage in the wealth/financial advisory activities you conduct outside Strydo.
• You are solely responsible for the content of any outreach you send through Strydo, including AI-drafted versions you choose to deploy.
• You must comply with all applicable laws (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, state privacy laws, FINRA/SEC rules where applicable to you).
• You will not use Strydo to harass, defraud, or mislead any prospect.

3. Cascade exclusivity model

Each lead is assigned exclusively to one advisor for a defined window (14 or 30 days depending on tier). After the window expires without a booked meeting, the lead cascades to the next eligible advisor. After 30 days, leads enter a general pool available to qualifying tiers. Strydo determines cascade order at our discretion based on advisor tier, criteria match, and historical conversion. We do not guarantee specific lead volumes or quality scores.

4. Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• 30-day full-refund guarantee on first payment if you cancel within 30 days of signup.
• Setup fees are non-refundable after 30 days.

5. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Re-sell, sub-license, or resell Strydo-generated leads to third parties.
• Use Strydo data to train competing models or services.
• Reverse-engineer the cascade engine, scoring model, or enrichment pipeline.
• Send outreach that violates anti-spam, securities, or privacy laws.

6. Disclaimers

Strydo is provided "as is." While we work hard on accuracy, we do not warrant that personal contact information is current, that liquidity events are exhaustive, or that AI-drafted outreach is free of errors. You are responsible for reviewing every email before sending.

We are not your investment advisor. Nothing in Strydo constitutes investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tethron LLC's total liability for any claim arising from your use of Strydo is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, harm leads, or engage in unlawful behavior. We will refund unused subscription fees on a prorated basis except in cases of clear abuse.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut.

10. Changes

We'll email you at least 30 days before material changes. Latest version always at strydo.ai/terms.
