Privacy Policy

Strydo is operated by Tethron LLC ("Strydo," "we," "us"). We take privacy seriously because the data we work with — high-net-worth individuals' contact information and financial events — demands it.

1. What we collect

From you (advisors)

• Account info: name, email, firm, billing details
• Outreach activity: emails you send through Strydo, meeting bookings, replies
• Settings: criteria filters, voice configuration, integrations

From public sources (about leads)

• SEC EDGAR filings (Form 4 insider transactions, S-1 IPO documents)
• Press releases and M&A announcements (Crunchbase, PR Newswire, GDELT)
• Public LinkedIn and corporate biography information
• Personal contact information from third-party data providers (Apollo, Pipl, etc.) — only where lawfully obtained

2. How we use it

• To identify high-net-worth liquidity events as they occur
• To match leads with eligible advisors based on the advisor's stated criteria
• To draft outreach in the advisor's voice
• To track outreach engagement and conversion analytics for the advisor's account only
• To improve the cascade scoring model in aggregate, never identifiable

3. What we never do

• We do not sell your account data, ever.
• We do not share lead identities with non-advisors.
• We do not use your outreach content to train cross-advisor models.
• We do not contact lead-prospects on our own behalf — only at the explicit instruction of an advisor through the Strydo platform.

4. Data subject rights

If you are an individual whose information appears as a lead in Strydo, you have the right to:

• Request a copy of any data we hold about you
• Request deletion (right to be forgotten)
• Opt out of all future inclusion in Strydo lead lists

To exercise these rights, email privacy@strydo.ai. We respond within 30 days.

5. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest), enforce row-level security at the database layer, audit every advisor action, and undergo periodic penetration testing. SOC 2 Type 1 attestation in progress.

6. Compliance

Strydo is a lead-generation service. We do not provide investment advice, securities recommendations, or solicit transactions. All advisor communications are independent of Strydo. We retain quarterly outreach copy reviews from outside securities counsel.

7. Changes to this policy

We'll email you at least 30 days before any material change. The latest version is always at strydo.ai/privacy.
